Event Day Roles/Responsibilities
1. Registration & Check-In:
- Brittany/Seth: Manages the registration desk, provides badges or materials, orients attendees to the facility (bathrooms), assists with seating.
- Team: Attendee greetings/welcome on arrival.
- Jason: Captures event highlights/key moments with photography/videography.
3. Session Management:
- Holly: Manage speakers, Q&A sessions, keeps track of time.
4. Catering & Refreshments:
- Hyatt Event Staff: Manages food and beverage distribution, setup, and cleanup.
- Brittany: Liaises with Hyatt staff for any special requests or issues.
5. Networking & Breakout Sessions:
- Team: Assists with guiding attendees, provides support.
6. External Client Management:
- Team: Ensures external clients are comfortable, addresses concerns, and facilitates introductions.
7. Communication & Announcements:
- Dara: Emcee, makes announcements, communicates any schedule changes.
8. Post-Event Activities:
- Hyatt Event Staff: Manages teardown and cleanup.
- Camren/TJ: Ensures all equipment/supplies are returned to the office.
