Tier-1:  24/7 Nurse Triage 


The Tier-1 Nurse Triage provides 24/7, nationwide access to licensed medical professionals.  Upon reporting the employee injury or incidents, our licensed medical professionals perform full medical assessments to include a review of medical history and medications, to determine an appropriate treatment plan. Such treatment may include self-care first aid measures with the use of over-the-counter medications or referral to a treatment facility for further evaluation.  


Tier-2: – FirstCall Triage: Limited Follow-up:   


FirstCall Telehealth, Tier 2, includes 24/7 Nurse Triage, medical assessment by a licensed medical professional to include medical history and current medications, and treatment recommendation of either self-care with first aid measures or referral to a medical facility for further evaluation and patient care. The licensed medical professional will follow up with the employee to verify an appropriate health path toward recovery.  


Tier-3: – FirstCall Triage: Return to Work/Workers Comp


The top FirstCall Telehealth tier is the most popular level of service due to the all-inclusive, comprehensive approach. In addition to all benefits of Tier 1 and Tier 2, Tier 3 provides full-scale deployment of immediate intervention with continued medical management and monitoring with transfer to your TPA or workers’ compensation carrier, if applicable. 

Upgrade service options include: long-term case management, return to work exams, functional capacity evaluations, drug/alcohol testing, and medication reviews.  


Tier-1 Nurse Triage provides 24/7, nationwide access to licensed medical professional with medical history and medication reviews. 


FirstCall Telehealth, Tier 2, includes 24/7 Nurse Triage, medical assessment and current medications review with treatment recommendation.
