administrator, the treating provider and the worksite to assure appropriate treatment and
coordinate early return to work.
Case Management, Personal Disability
Many companies provide medical case management for work-related injuries, but do not
provide case management for personal injury and illness. Axiom case managers can
provide the same quality of service for the non-work-related disability.
Drug & Alcohol Programs, Company and/or Regulatory
Axiom can provide our clients with a complete drug and alcohol
program to monitor and test their employees while maintaining
governmental compliance. Axiom can also provide written policies and procedures for an effective
company and/or DOT-compliant program. In addition, Axiom can train supervisors in
the 2-hour federally-mandated drug and alcohol detection program.
Ergonomic Evaluations
The key to implementing a successful ergonomics program is offering ongoing resources,
educational training and worksite analysis to promote a healthy and productive working
environment.
Hearing Conservation Program
Axiom can provide our clients with review and/or testing of employees as required under
the OSHA Occupational Noise Exposure Standard (29 CFR 1910.95).
Maritime Medicine / Jones' Act
Axiom's staff are experts in the area of Maritime Medicine and the published SHIP
Standards and guidelines needed to provide quality medical care and management of the
seafarer.

Axiom can design and develop written job descriptions for our clients.
Respirator Qualification
With our licensed Health Care Professionals on staff, Axiom can qualify your employees for
respirator qualification as required under the OSHA 1998 Respiratory Protection Standard
(29 CFR 1910.134).
