J. David Clyde, MD, FACOEM
Dr. Clyde is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and by the
American Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational Medicine. Since 1988 he has been
involved in full time Occupational Medicine as Regional Medical Director for Conoco, Inc.
and then as International Medical Director for Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO). He has
extensive experience in international medical issues and in providing support to
expatriate workers and their families.
Dr. Clyde is a member of the following organizations involving international travel and
occupational issues: International Society of Travel Medicine, International Commission on
Occupational Health, American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. He is also an
active member of the International Section of the American College of Occupational and
Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) plus other business and medical organizations.
Dr. Clyde has participated on the planning and advisory panels for the Society of
Petroleum Engineers International Health, Safety and Environment meetings and has made
numerous presentations on travel preparation and remote health issues. He has traveled to
many remote locations to assess the medical resources, plan for emergency medical
situations, and provide timely information on medical issues for the company management
and employees. As a seasoned traveler, he understands the risks for travelers and
expatriates. Combining his travel experience, a large international resource network, and
his clinical experience as a family and occupational physician, Dr. Clyde can provide
wide-ranging services for his clients.
Bruce E. Davis
Mr. Davis is Vice President of Business Development for Continuum
Corporation. With 21 years experience designing and implementing occupational compliance,
medical surveillance and liability reduction programs, Mr. Davis is a valued asset in
providing unique insight into the varied needs of clients. His broad knowledge from
working with the public and private sector as well as his experience interacting with
group health plans and union trust funds offers an uncommon understanding of crossover
costs. He has authored many articles and publications addressing workers' compensation and
group health cost control and regularly speaks on these issues.
Mr. Davis completed he
undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland and has pursued graduate studies in
Behavioral Psychology at Pennsylvania State University and in Industrial Hygiene at the
University of Michigan.
Everett H. Given, MD
Dr. Given left 16 years of private practice to serve as Corporate Medical
Director for Kaiser Steel Corporation. He later became Medical Director for the
Space and Satellite division of Rockwell International and retired recently as Medical
Director of Atlantic Richfield's Products and Transportation divisions.
Dr. Given is currently
President of EHG Consulting and his major career interests include unique programs for
controlling drug and alcohol abuse in industry, innovative workers' compensation cost
controls by quantifying disability in injury claims and exposing fraudulent medical
elevations.
Dr. Given also drafted the
first revisions of the Seaferers Health Improvement Program (SHIP) Standard to update
qualifications for maritime new hires and uniform and modern treatment standards for
seamen.
All of the above were
accomplished in many happy and productive years in association with Dr. DeLitta.
John L. Schaller, MD, MPH
Dr. Schaller is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and
by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational Medicine. He was Medical
Director for Exxon Company, USA from 1991-1994. He was Lead Physician at
SHARP Mission Park Medical Group Occupational Division from 1994 -
2001. Currently, he is Chief Medical Officer for Schaller Anderson
Healthcare.
Dr. Schaller is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of
Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the American College of Preventative Medicine.
Dr. Schaller also holds certifications with the National Board of Medical Examiners,
Medical Review Officer and a Qualified Medical Examiner. He is
multi-state licensed -
California and Arizona.
